Action: Martyn to ensure issue of ground location is added to a future agenda
Action: Neil to discuss how equipment can be kept under lock and key with Mark

2. Outstanding subs
Hayley voiced concern with the amount of subs outstanding as some parents now owe 3-4 months within a number of teams. Hayley will therefore send a mail to individual managers listing the names where outstanding subs amounted to more than a couple of months. Action Hayley.
3. Presentation evening and Hog Roast
It was unanimously agreed that these two events will be combined as it seemed a good opportunity to have a larger audience for the evening event. A date of 22nd May was agreed and actions as below. Further discussion on the cost per ticket etc at the next meeting.
Action: Hayley to book the school hall
Action: Jamie to book the band and arrange for the hog to be delivered.
4. Any other business
We understand that Steve was preparing flyers for trials for season 2010/2011. This may be against league rules. Action: Martyn to send a mail to Steve.
Hayley mentioned that she had received details for trophies in the form of club kit with children’s name and number on the back. They were priced at 4 pounds each. Hayley will get further details for next meeting.
